All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
About Tax
All products sold in the shop are excluded from taxes. Any subsequent taxes arising from customs clearance will be borne by the buyer.
If the order contains a tax item, it means that the tax has been collected on behalf of the buyer, and any subsequent tax arising from customs clearance will be borne by Geeshair.
How do I track the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Also, you can enter the order ID on our track page to access the shipping details.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@geeshair.com with your name and order ID, and we will look into it for you.
